Before + Progress Pictures: The Little Blue House: Reading Area

Buh-bye tacky fan and scary window. Hello hidden billowy sheers.

We still have a whole lot to do in this area. For starters, we need to finish framing out and drywalling the opening where the back window was. I'd also like to put a french door to the exterior where the window on the east wall is. And, you know, the floors. We will not discuss the floors. But at least it's getting there.

Sort of.

By the way, if you like the idea of a room divider, I came across this projection friendly (and very inexpensive) one this morning, and it got me all excited. I've been dying to buy a projector, and cannot wait to try this. (Think kid's room with a divided play area or an indoor/outdoor lounge space.)
