If you are or will be buying a house, you might want to watch these title and closing cost recommendations. Be in the know when it comes to your moolah. Grab a pencil (or fountain pen, or magic marker -- whatever floats your boat) and paper, as the tips will be relisted at the end of the video. Don't worry, you won't have to watch my ugly mug long; it only lasts a couple of minutes.
*I am not an attorney. For legal advice, please seek qualified legal counsel. The recommendations in this video pertain to my experience with title insurance and closing costs in the state of Florida.*
In the eighties, I was a little kid who put together model buildings out of notebook paper and Scotch tape and spent days on end playing Monopoly with my best friend. What I've done over the last decade is pretty much the same thing. I began buying, renovating, and renting dozens of properties during Architecture school, where I mostly learned how to stay awake for six days straight.
Today I'm a new mother married with four dogs and way too many houses along the coasts of Florida. We recently moved into and began working on a three story lake house built in 1928.
