Before + Progress is an ongoing series keeping you up to date on whatever project is currently occupying our time. The Historic House By The Water that we were busy sniffing paint in before
somebody's kicker went down for the count? No? Well, when we left off last time we'd
prepped the room for paint,
removed the crown moulding, and
refinished the textured ceiling. Here's what it looked like:

And here's where we're at today, after 1 coat of paint:

The wall color is Behr Cotton Whisper in Satin and the trim is Behr Moon Rise in Semi-gloss. (The walls and doors will be getting another coat.)

Awww, Lauren! Thank you. :) My first place was a dump. When I sold it 2 months later, it was a torn up dump.
I like to think I've improved a bit. :)
