Julie's Built-In Bookcase

Yes. Just yes.

This bookcase has been whispering softly in my ear lately. And it's now turned into obscenely loud chirping.

It cannot be ignored.

p.s. See the entire room here.

Thank you for visiting my 'Aunt Amelia's Attic' blog and especially, for commenting. Comments rock! They let us know for sure, that someone is reading our words. And they let us meet new people.

What an interesting life you lead! I'm sure I'm going to enjoy tagging along with you, on your projects.

And, is that a rescued Greyhound with you in your Icon. I so love them. :-)

But Oh OH!!!!!! You make us do Word Verification, in order to comment here. -le sigh-

I really dislike doing Word Ver. I have Comment Verification turned on. That way, I read my comments before I publish them, and make sure no SPAM gets into my comments. [We all read our Comments at some time, don't we? I do it first.] So this way, I don't have to make readers do the *dreaded* Word Ver. in order to comment in my blogs. :-)

Hi Kelly, Thanks for visiting my blog. I hope you return. My hub and I are retired and we love gardening (flowers/roses) and hiking (waterfalls). I also love birds.

I wish I had some of your renovating and decorating gifts.. I am enjoying looking at some of the renovations you have done. Wow!!!!! What a gift you have.

Hope you come back to my blog. I will return to yours.
Hugs,
Betsy

Thanks, Betsy! Your pictures reminded me that it's been far too long since I've gone hiking. Beautiful!

Ahhhh.... I would love to have a built-in bookcase like that! Or any built-ins, period. Love the look.

i love built-in bookcases...well, ant kind of built-ins. i hope to post this next week about house #2, which has some pretty great built-ins. that's one of the things that i think people miss about older houses--all the great built-in storage. sure, the closets are the size of my head, but there are usually plenty of built-in bookcases!
