I threw this together for lunch yesterday, and it was so darn good that I jotted it down for you...
Fruit Lovers Smoothie
a handful of blueberries
a handful of raspberries
a handful of pineapple
2 cubes of ice
1 cup of skim milk
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of pineapple coconut juice (I prefer this)
1/2 a scoop of strawberry whey protein (I prefer this)
1/4 cup of almonds
1/8 cup of pecans
1/4 cup of uncooked rolled oats
Throw it all in a blender until smooth.
