I know. I loved it. We saw it here in the theatre and now I want it in DVD so I can watch it again. I also would not mind going to Spain...Barcelona ( at least I can sort of speak the language)
Oh...gosh I love this movie so much and the music is divine. I usually don't like Woody Allen movies that much but this one is so good. Penelope just is so fabulous in it.
So weird... I almost watched it last night (for the second time). I watched it the first time when my husband was deployed - seriously made me consider flying off to Spain with a stranger. But then I remembered the dogs...
It is an interesting movie - it ends kind of strangely but not unexpected since most of the movie was odd. There is one song that started driving me nuts after a while - I can't remember which one it was but the woman is singing kind of high-pitched and I wanted to strangle her by the 5th time I heard it.
In the eighties, I was a little kid who put together model buildings out of notebook paper and Scotch tape and spent days on end playing Monopoly with my best friend. What I've done over the last decade is pretty much the same thing. I began buying, renovating, and renting dozens of properties during Architecture school, where I mostly learned how to stay awake for six days straight.
Today I'm a new mother married with four dogs and way too many houses along the coasts of Florida. We recently moved into and began working on a three story lake house built in 1928.

I JUST watched this movie last night for the first time.
Me too, Kathleen. Finally. I think I was a little afraid to watch it. (Did you see it on Showtime, too?)
