I did it last year (again, Andrew's idea -- I'm not into fitness fads), and I liked it. It's not life changing if you're already in solid shape, but it's effective. The abs and shoulders/arm stuff is really well put together, but the yoga is ridiculously bad.
In the eighties, I was a little kid who put together model buildings out of notebook paper and Scotch tape and spent days on end playing Monopoly with my best friend. What I've done over the last decade is pretty much the same thing. I began buying, renovating, and renting dozens of properties during Architecture school, where I mostly learned how to stay awake for six days straight.

My brother (the sideshow carny) just started doing p90x. Apparently he wants to have a 6-pack for his straight-jacket escape. I'm not even kidding.
My dh is doing P90X too!!
Ew... wet willies!
Haha :)

Ha! My dogs did that to me when I tried P90x.
They should put some kind of warning on the box, Kate!
