Yeah, I can see why the tenants might not be enthralled with the bathroom.

I love slate - I almost wish I had done slate again in my current house, but since we did 1000 sf of it in the Boonies-Fallen-400K-In-Value house, the Husband wasn't keen on repeating.

Chacha, the rest of the unit has slate, but I never installed it in the bathroom. I love how it's characteristics change over time and that there is very little grout to maintain.

Am I the only one hastily Googling that storage cabinet? We have zero storage in this house, and the bathrooms are the size of postage stamps. That thing looks like a serious workhorse.

I have fallen in love with glass tiles. Those that are the natural pale green color or cobalt blue.
If I were to redo a bathroom .. there would be as much of those little glass tiles as I could get in there.. with a glass sink . . and everything else white. Shiny white.
