This actually went down a couple of weeks ago, and they're already finished and sealed and installed in The Kitchen. I didn't tell you about our decision to stain them, because I wanted to be all mellow and lowkey and then
SHIZAM.
You'll see these and they'll smack you in your face. With their radness.
One of you asked for sneak peeks of The Kitchen, and I'm so charged up about how these came together that I just.could.not.wait to blather on about them a teensy weensy bit, and I'm telling you, I pooped in my pants when they went up.
But then again, I am taking a lot of fiber lately.

Hmm. Am now realizing perhaps why you've been sitting on this information.
I wish I looked that good while renovating. LOVE the stain color, and I don't usually like dark wood.
