Part Of The New Upstairs Bathroom

Our new faucet arrived yesterday, a chrome centerset with porcelain cross handles called Teapot by Randolph Morris.

Andrew wasn't initially confident in my idea to do a minor renovation, one that will restore the original pinwheel tile and bring in only beach-y whites and linens splashed (harshly) with inky blacks, but I think that he's coming around.

We need to have it finished by Monday, because Andrew's boss is coming over for dinner then, and he might be one of those high maintenance guests who has to pee or wash his hands or something. So I should be posting After photos around the beginning of next week.

If not, you'll probably find me curled in a ball in a corner crying, "VACATION! VACATION! VACATION!"

One or the other.

The faucet rocks my socks... and the color scheme sounds wonderful. Can't wait to see it (so don't be a tease; show and tell the very.second. you get it done)!
