And This Means What

Last night I dreamt that I was trying to carve my eyeballs out with a steak knife, which my subconscious apparently thinks is a completely stoic and normal event. I wasn't alarmed or upset over this self mutilation at all, but I do remember passively thinking, I bet this will probably hurt.

Because even in my dreams I'M A GENIUS.

I never actually de-eyeballed myself, I woke up right as I was driving the knife toward my face.

By the way, I did not use the Latisse before bed.

Weird dream, weird dream!

And stay clear from the Latisse!

You must have seen some truly terrible architecture/interior design earlier in the day.

Hm. That's a possibility, Raina.

Since you asked what it might mean...My immediate gut feeling was that it is a warning. A warning about something your subconscious is telling you not to be blind about. Maybe something that is coming up soon, or something happening currently that you have a gut feeling about/know about, but don't want to accept, or come to terms with because it would just be painful, but either way the reality of whatever this thing/situation might be, and choosing to be blind to it-both harmful. That is just what I immediately thought of as I read your post...

Take it all as a grain of salt...dreams are crazy weird at times, so it could just be that you are pregnant (yay!), or maybe the a.c. was too cold last night... I read somewhere that can cause bad/bizarre dreams.

HolyokeHome - Double Rainbow, all the way. So intense.

That is a weird dream. I have never had one of those before where I did something to myself. The ones that freak me out are when I have loose teeth that are on the brink of falling out and I usually wake up before I actually lose any. Always freaks me out.

Oooh, I've heard teeth ones have really specific meanings, though I can't remember what...
