He's not going on the MLS because of The World Tour, but we're sticking a sign in the ground for the next few days until we leave. So you are doing the new house! I can't wait to see it. Darn that world tour...making me wait. I bet the kitchen itself will rent that house. So looking forward to what the new house entails. Yes....pretty sad that I'm that excited about someone else getting a house.

No idea if it will work out, but we're trying. It looks like the bank will accept our offer and we'll qualify for a decent loan, but I'm not sure that someone hasn't bought it out from under us.

Good luck! I can't believe how much you move. ;) Or take on. LOL though I forgot who I was talking to for a second. Nothing like a World Tour, renting a house that I think maybe you have lived in for a year or less?, and trying to buy another house all at the same time. That's just a normal day in your household right? :)

Candace, it's a story I can't share *quite* yet. And we're DEFINITELY not in the clear in terms of locking it down yet. Lot's of IFs still, but I'm getting a smidgeon crazy excited.
