We've been snowboarding.
But! We did submit an offer today. I have to qualify that by mentioning that we wrote it up for their asking price. Minus, oh, $125,000-ish. So.
Anyway, it's a very nice little place. And it has washers and dryers both upstairs and downstairs.
Two sets.
What kind of people need washers and dryers both upstairs and downstairs?
Probably the kind of people who live in houses that are $125,000 more than I'm willing to pay for them.
But a girl can dream, right? Think about it. WE COULD HAVE UPSTAIRS CLOTHES AND DOWNSTAIRS CLOTHES.

Upstairs clothes and downstairs clothes sound great...but not quite as great as clothes washing themselves!!
Downstairs clothes are not as great as they sound, and they always end up in my project shots.

Upstairs and downstairs. That means pretty girl clothes would never need to be contaminated with dude underwear.
Upstairs and Downstairs Laundries were put in when all the servants quit.
