Hospital: Part 5,768,345,001

Thank you all for your comments and words of encouragement concerning my little Zoe bug. After a Friday night in the hospital and an emergency appointment with a neurologist (God bless him for opening his office to us on a Saturday!) we are back home and slowly improving. And starting to sleep. A little.

Anyway, here's us this morning.

I remember when I was young and in architecture school and could stay awake in my studio for fourteen days at a time without looking like a train had run over my head.

But, then, I also used to brush my hair more than once a week, too...

Oh...just precious. I'm glad to hear she is getting better. I used to be the Queen of all nighters too. Actually, that is how I accomplished all big projects....I'd just stay up till it was done. And I even did it last year quite a bit....but did it recently and felt like I'd been run over by a truck. So no more of that for me. Now I know why everyone couldn't believe I could do it in the past....it makes you feel so bad. So I've vowed to never do it again...if at all possible.

Zoe is such a pretty girl. I love her long skinny nose. I always say there is only one thing better than a puppy and that is an old dog. You just love them more and more and more.

Please keep us updated on her progress.

ugh. i haven't been around the interwebs much, so i am just seeing this has been going on! i completely understand how horrible it is when a furbaby is sick. it is the worst. they can't tell you what is really wrong, and it makes me want to rock in the fetal position in a corner crying my eyeballs out. my boy was sick last week, but thankfully he recovered quick. keeping zoe in my thoughts!!

Oh Am I glad to hear things are a bit better !!
Poor poor baby ! look at that face... give her a kiss from us, way down here at the bottom of the world .. I can stay up all night and look good the next day, but don't ask me any questions, I no longer make any sense.

Just now having some time to catch up. I'm so glad your baby is doing better! I understand the bathtub analogy. It's pretty much one of the worst feelings in the world.

F*ck those f*cking drug people.

Sorry. It needed to be said.

Glad to hear your pup is getting better. It's so heartbreaking when they are hurting and you can't do anything to help them. I hope her recovery is swift + smooth :)

Poor Z... I just now saw that she was sick.
FYI: If you ever get a Sheltie, they can have a full blown seizure if you even say the d**g word.
Just so you know.
Because I didn't.

It's almost worse when one of the critters is sick because the children can tell me how they're feeling. I'm glad Zoe is feeling better- her sweet little mug says it all.

I hope your Zoe is doing much better. We have 2 weimaraners, 1 vizsla and a 15 year old torti-cat. They are our babies. So, I know how you hurt for Zoe when she isn't well. xo
