also- your email addy doesn't seem to be working anymore so here's what I wanted to tell you re: pre fab houses..
I found this builder in Asheville NC that does pre-fab tiny cottages, with options to buy just the shell.. (www.compactcottage.com). I wrote him but he hasn’t written back. Problems I have are #1. My setbacks make my footprint very small and I’ve only found one tiny house plan that fits it, #2. I need an 8 ft high pier foundation per FEMA.
I could contract out the foundation first, I’m hoping.
I feel pretty sure that there is a way to do this. Just haven’t figured it out yet.
